🌿 Monthly Mowing Contract (Seasonal Option)

We also offer a flexible seasonal monthly mowing agreement.

• Flat monthly rate
• Payment due on the 1st of each month
• Covers mowing during active mowing season only
• Rate is averaged across the season and does not fluctuate
• Whether mowing is weekly during peak growth or bi-weekly during slower growth, your rate remains the same

✂️ Pay-Per-Mow Option

For customers who prefer maximum flexibility, we offer a pay-per-service option.

📌 Details:

• No long-term contract required
• Service is scheduled upon request or availability
• Charged at an agreed per-mow rate
• Payment is due at the end of each mow

 

Please note:

• Pay-per-mow customers may not receive priority scheduling during peak season.
• Rates may vary depending on lawn condition and frequency of service.

🌿 Additional Services

Additional services are always available and may be added to any agreement.

We provide:

• Landscaping
• Lawn Aeration
• Leaf Cleanup
• Gutter Cleaning
• Brush Removal
• Fence Building and Fence Repairs
• Tree Trimming
• Hedge Trimming

All additional services will be performed at an agreed-upon price and will be billed separately or added to the yearly contract upon agreement.

💵 Payment & Late Fee Policy

• Monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month.
• Pay-per-mow payments are due immediately upon completion of service.
• A late fee of $5 per day may be applied to any outstanding balance.
• Continued non-payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

🤝 Customer Commitment & Financial Hardship Policy

At Christ Throughout Lawn Care & Landscaping, we believe in working with every customer.

• We agree to work together to renegotiate the contract terms if a customer experiences financial hardship.
• If necessary, the contract may be cancelled without penalty.
• Open communication is encouraged to find a solution that works for both parties.

 

 

📄 Cancellation Policy

• Christ Throughout Lawn Care & Landscaping reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time.
• If the contract is cancelled by us and payments have been made in advance, a full refund will be issued for any services not yet rendered.
• Customers may also request cancellation, subject to review and agreement.
